Hi! I'm Joey Rabel Paquette, a software engineer based in Montréal, QC, Canada. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering from ÉTS, and a DCS in Computer Science (Network Management) from Collège Montmorency. Backend development is what I do best, but I also enjoy exploring DevOps and the occasional frontend work. My focus is on learning, experimenting, and creating new things — projects that push boundaries and explore ideas that could help shape the future. I'm especially interested in AI/ML, quantum computing, finance, and anything that sparks my curiosity. When I'm not coding, I love making music with FL Studio, watching movies (especially anything by Christopher Nolan), and reading.
